Please note participants must complete the registration process at least one month prior to any program start date. Program fees can be paid by certified cheque, money order, or wire transfer. Talk to your BUNKA representative for more information. A 10% deposit is required on all custom/group programs at least 2 months prior to the program start date. Full payment is required by one week before the date of arrival. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be provided up to one month prior to program start date. Registration and booking fees may be deducted from the deposit if cancellation is within 30 days prior to arrival. Please note that applicable taxes are extra. Discounts may apply for groups of 15 or more. Application fees, homestay placement fees, cancellation fees, or banking charges are non-refundable and may be deducted from any refund. |
